 This
infill mixed-use development is located in Decatur, Georgia. It will contain commercial
and retail space on the street level, offices on the second level and seventy condominium
units on the top five levels. A roof-top terrace and pool is located above an internal
four-level parking structure. Brick, cast stone and awnings are used on the façade to
blend with the historical buildings nearby and enhance pedestrian activity at the street.
A prominent glass and masonry tower addresses the corner and marks the building’s
commercial entrance while a separate curved masonry mass is used to accentuates a separate
residential entrance.
