Louisiana Place was conceived as a two building, two phase, multi-tenant office development near Uptown Albuquerque.  Phase One is prominent from Louisiana Blvd. yet is well-buffered from residential development to the east and south by landscaping and setbacks.  Significant features are granite cladding at the ground level and cut-out corners with balconies at the second and third levels.  We provided master planning and zoning services in addition to building design.
