This speculative two level office
building has flexible, highly-efficient floor plates designed for multiple tenants. Such buildings tend toward uniformity given the requirement for maximum
flexibility. This was overcome in this design
with a gentle, curving front facade echoing the street, along with punched openings and
colorful overhangs. Contemporary features
include glass curtain wall, exposed steel framing and synthetic stucco.
