This building was conceived as the "gateway" to the developing University of New Mexico Science and Technology Park. It combines office suites with high and low bay laboratory areas for emerging tech transfer companies. Traditional pueblo forms and materials of the UNM main campus were blended with steel and glass facades symbolic of high technology.
