Sun Healthcare wanted a campus of buildings linked by pedestrian ways, courtyards, water features and landscaping to exemplify its primary purpose.   Fanning Bard Tatum designed Phases II through IV which includes three office buildings totalling 333,500 sf, and a 12,300 sf training center.  Surface parking was minimized by integrating two parking garages into the design.  Phased development occurred over a period of six years.
