This three story office building originally held several Sun Healthcare departments but has since been converted to its MIS facility.  It was designed and built alongside the Training Center to the east.  Each facility offers a contemporary southwestern expression, curvilinear in shape, with sandstone veneer, aluminum panel systems and glass curtain walls.  This phase also included a pedestrian bridge spanning an arroyo to an adjacent company facility.
