Topform Data expanded their California-based label manufacturing facility to Rio Rancho. We were contracted by the design-build firm of Reid & Elliott Construction Co. Inc. for the design of this facility. It includes 4500 sf of office space and a 15,000 sf high-bay warehouse and shipping/receiving area. The warehouse is designed for future expansion. The high bay areas are constructed of concrete tilt-up panels. The office, designed to take advantage of views of the Sandia Mountains to the East, is constructed primarily of an aluminum curtain wall system.
