This project involved the replacement of a small, obsolete manufacturing facility with a modern manufacturing plant for Moore's Albuquerque operations. The new facility features a high-bay, long-span plant area of 40,000 sf, expandable by an additional 20,000 sf when needed. Adjoining the plant is an office area of 9,000 sf. Primary construction materials are pre-cast concrete walls and a long-span steel roof system.
