It is a single-story office/warehouse facility containing 8000 sf of office space and 12,000 sf of high-bay warehouse space. The warehouse is designed for future expansion. The office space wraps the northeast corner of the warehouse and breaks down the massing of the higher volume behind. This location also allows maximum views from the offices to the Sandia Mountains to the east. Construction materials are synthetic stucco on metal stud framing at the office and concrete tilt-up panels at the warehouse.
