This warehouse is fire-separated into two areas to house two separate businesses catering to the military and civilian population. Together they contain 80,000 sf of high bay, long span storage space. The warehouses are ventilated and have spot radiation heating at the work areas, a dry-pipe fire sprinkler system, and separate office areas for both operations. The warehouses are accessible through both loading dock and grade level overhead doors, equipped with dock levelers and seals.

Site design involved access and parking of up to 30 tractor-trailer rigs. A truck scale and a 500 gallon, underground gasoline tank, designed to EPA standards, are accessible to the truck fleet. Warehouse and exterior apron areas were designed to resist heavy forklift and truck loads.
