This project is a multi-use project located in the far northeast heights on a 10.5 acre site. The project consists of 32,000 SF of retail development, a 2-story, 20,000 SF office building and 3 acres of medium density apartments. The project will be developed as a "Neighborhood" scale pedestrian shopping area. Organized around plazas and outdoor dining, the project will take advantage of the striking views of the Sandia Mountains. The scale of the project will be kept low to reduce the impact of the views of the residential neighborhood to the east.
