The building contains 210,000 square feet of office, conference and support space.  It is organized around a three-story atrium, located on axis to the main entry drive.  A two-story employee food market and eating area are located at the southwest corner of the building and connect to an exterior pedestrian plaza that links this phase with the Phase II conference facility to the west.
