Planning and Urban Design
Balancing the consideration and function of a space with its surroundings, the Urban Design team at FBT works to integrate our designs into the grander overall picture. We believe a private space can be good for the public community at large. We maintain a strong understanding of all disciplines, including architecture, urban planning, and landscape architecture, in order to develop the best design practices that meet at the intersection of all three.
Sustainable development is an integral part of our broader urban plan. We recognize that current consumption, and the way we work and live, must be modified today in order to ensure a better tomorrow. Making the necessary modifications, without hindering the way public places are experienced and used, will help provide communities that will remain as aesthetically appealing as they are functional.
